These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Veridia Digital and the client regarding digital services.

Subject of the Contract

Veridia Digital provides digital services, such as web design, online marketing, content creation, and consulting.

The specific scope of services is defined in the individual offer.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon written or electronic acceptance of an offer by the client.

Prices and Payment

All prices are net prices, excluding applicable VAT. Payment is due in advance via Stripe unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are specified individually in the offer.

Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events do not entitle either party to terminate the contract.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all information and materials necessary to execute the project in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property

Veridia Digital retains all rights to drafts and content until full payment has been received.

Liability

Veridia Digital is only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for data loss unless caused intentionally.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is the registered office of Veridia Digital, where legally permitted.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
